The ongoing adaptation of tax policy is an essential lever for supporting a prosperous and competitive economy based on Luxembourg’s attractiveness and the maintenance of sustainable tax revenues to finance collective choices.
Against a backdrop of labour shortages, dual ecological and digital transition, and rapidly changing tax rules, competitiveness, administrative simplification and legal certainty are key issues for reviving currently sluggish economic growth.
UEL works with its members to improve the tax regime for Luxembourg companies and respond to new challenges.
