About Us
The Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises represents its founding members: the two employers’ chambers and the six main trade federations. Together, they represent the entire private sector workforce in Luxembourg.
Our mission
Alongside its members and in partnership with them, UEL represents employers’ views at the social dialogue table and within tripartite bodies. Speaking with one voice, it adopts common positions on major cross-sectoral issues such as employment and labour law, social security and taxation.
Every day, UEL is committed to an attractive economy and a sustainable social model. Serving the country, its people, and those who work and invest here.
