The Occupational Safety and Health Forum will take place on March 25, 2026, at LuxExpo The Box (Luxembourg Kirchberg). A leading event in Luxembourg dedicated to safety, health, and well-being at work, the OSH Forum will welcome around 1,500 visitors for its 19th edition. The OHS Forum is organized by: the Accident Insurance Association, the Union of Luxembourg Companies, the National Institute for Sustainable Development and CSR, BG ETEM, and the ISSA Electricity Section.
Registration is now open for visitors and exhibitors. Exhibitors can register until February 11, 2026, and, for the first time, opt for a Premium Package that will enhance their presence at their stand (on a first-come, first-served basis). Visitors can register free of charge until the day of the event.
The trade show will bring together more than 100 exhibitors and offer numerous activities at stands presenting the latest innovations in workplace safety from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For this 19th edition, a new category will highlight road safety. The list of exhibitors is available on the website and will be updated as registrations are received.
Around twenty workshops will be held simultaneously in three rooms throughout the day. These workshops are recognized as continuing education for designated employees. An application for recognition of additional training for health and safety coordinators will be submitted. The workshop program, defined by the organizers, will be published in the coming months on the VISION ZERO or Forum website.
The official ceremony during which the 2026 Occupational Health and Safety Award will be presented will take place at 8:30 a.m. This OHS Award aims to recognize innovative initiatives in occupational safety, health, and well-being; highlight the concerted efforts of employees and employers to manage occupational health and prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses; promote companies’ investment efforts to improve safety, health, and well-being at work, and to widely disseminate achievements so that other companies can benefit from them.
The five winners will each receive €5,000 and a video presentation of their project. The winner of the Public Choice Award, which will be voted on after the winners are announced at the Forum, will receive an additional €2,000.
