Il s\u2019appuie sur les Principes directeurs des Nations Unies <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">relatifs aux entreprises et aux droits de l\u2019homme.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">En adh\u00e9rant au pacte, les entreprises s\u2019engagent ainsi \u00e0 respecter les droits humains, \u00e0 nommer un responsable des droits de l\u2019homme, \u00e0 former les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s, et \u00e0 p<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ublier un rapport standardis\u00e9 sur les mesures mises en \u0153uvre. Les entreprises b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient au besoin d\u2019un accompagnement sur mesure, et d\u2019un retour individualis\u00e9 et confidentiel sur leur rapport par une expert externe, leur permettant ainsi de s\u2019inscrire dans une am\u00e9lioration continue en mati\u00e8re de respect des droits humains. Les premiers rapports sont attendus pour 2023.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les avantages de la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une diligence raisonnable sont multiples pour l\u2019entreprise\u202f: meilleure gestion des risques, une plus grande compr\u00e9hension et transparence de la cha\u00eene de valeur, am\u00e9lioration de la gouvernance, r\u00e9silience, gestion de la r\u00e9putation, avantage comp\u00e9titif, etc.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les engagements li\u00e9s au pacte visent aussi \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer utilement les entreprises en pr\u00e9vision de la publication annonc\u00e9e de la directive europ\u00e9enne sur un devoir de diligence et la responsabilit\u00e9 des entreprises (R\u00e9solution P9 TA(2021)0073).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW110264051 BCX4\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW110264051 BCX4\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW110264051 BCX4\">25 entreprises ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 confirm\u00e9 leur engagement<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TrackChangeTextInsertion TrackedChange SCXW110264051 BCX4\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW110264051 BCX4\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW110264051 BCX4\">.
