A c\u00f4t\u00e9 des conditions financi\u00e8res actualis\u00e9es, les nouvelles Conventions Collectives introduisent des am\u00e9liorations des conditions de travail dans les entreprises. Ces dispositions qualitatives mettent en avant le dialogue social en entreprise :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mise en place de mesures RSE (Responsabilit\u00e9 Sociale des Entreprises) afin de favoriser le bien-\u00eatre au travail ;<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux ;<\/li>\n<li>Octroi d\u2019un cong\u00e9 social de 5 jours ;<\/li>\n<li>Droit \u00e0 la d\u00e9connexion ;<\/li>\n<li>Dispositions relatives \u00e0 la conciliation vie professionnelle\/ vie priv\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n<li>Convention t\u00e9l\u00e9travail du 20 octobre 2020 annex\u00e9e aux Conventions Collectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab\u00a0Apr\u00e8s de longues discussions, nous sommes heureux d&rsquo;annoncer que nous avons trouv\u00e9 un terrain d&rsquo;entente et que nous sommes en mesure de pr\u00e9senter un nouvel accord \u00e0 nos membres qui permet d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer les besoins de toutes les parties et d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une bonne base pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.\u00a0\u00bb <\/i>Guy Hoffmann, Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ABBL.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab\u00a0Je me r\u00e9jouis de la signature de cette Convention Collective de Travail qui est tr\u00e8s positive \u00e0 la fois pour les employ\u00e9s et pour les entreprises d\u2019assurance.
