Elle explore \u00e9galement les \u00ab\u00a0avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients [d&rsquo;une telle l\u00e9gislation] en termes de co\u00fbts et de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour les entreprises et en termes de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises et de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie luxembourgeoises\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le questionnaire de l\u2019enqu\u00eate contient 31 questions qui prennent environ 20 minutes \u00e0 remplir. Votre participation est enti\u00e8rement volontaire. Un certain nombre de gouvernements ont introduit une l\u00e9gislation ou ont annonc\u00e9 leur intention d&rsquo;envisager l&rsquo;introduction de lois exigeant des entreprises qu&rsquo;elles fassent preuve de diligence raisonnable en mati\u00e8re de droits de l&rsquo;homme et d&rsquo;environnement, notamment dans leur cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement.
