Ce que l\u2019UEL propose est novateur et compl\u00e9mentaire par rapport au mod\u00e8le classique du dialogue tripartite luxembourgeois, qui correspond mieux aux d\u00e9fis du monde d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.\u00a0 Si l\u2019UEL reste visc\u00e9ralement attach\u00e9e au dialogue social, elle souligne l\u2019importance que ce dialogue ait lieu au sein m\u00eame de l\u2019entreprise, avec l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s, qu\u2019ils soient syndiqu\u00e9s ou non.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UEL et ses membres souhaitent porter leurs id\u00e9es au d\u00e9cideur de tout ce processus et sur tous les sujets en la personne du Ministre du Travail. Il lui reviendra de veiller \u00e0 l\u00e9gif\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des entreprises tout en tenant compte des int\u00e9r\u00eats et des attentes des salari\u00e9s. Il faut permettre aux entreprises de s\u2019adapter aux changements \u00e9conomiques et soci\u00e9taux et aux nouveaux enjeux du monde du travail, car les d\u00e9fis de demain sont ph\u00e9nom\u00e9naux \u2013 pour les entreprises et toutes les personnes qui y travaillent.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019UEL propose donc que\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>le Ministre du Travail d\u00e9tienne le r\u00f4le central et d\u00e9veloppe les diff\u00e9rents sujets aff\u00e9rents au droit du travail pr\u00e9vus par l\u2019accord de coalition,<\/li>\n<li>le Ministre du Travail proc\u00e8de \u00e0 des entretiens bilat\u00e9raux avec l\u2019UEL et les syndicats,<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019UEL et les syndicats soient libres de dialoguer avec le Ministre sur la teneur des id\u00e9es ou projets de loi qu\u2019il aura d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019UEL se concentrera sur un travail et un dialogue avec le Ministre afin de repr\u00e9senter les int\u00e9r\u00eats des entreprises et de proposer des pistes alternatives,<\/li>\n<li>le Ministre du Travail ait donc comme responsabilit\u00e9 de faire des choix politiques en tenant compte de son id\u00e9e initiale sur un sujet bien pr\u00e9cis et en tenant compte ou non des remarques de l\u2019UEL et des syndicats.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette approche permettrait de sensibiliser les parties en pr\u00e9sence aux besoins de comp\u00e9tivit\u00e9 et de flexibilit\u00e9 des entreprises, tout en prenant en consid\u00e9ration les enjeux \u00e9normes du monde de demain.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes convaincus que cette m\u00e9thode de travail serait plus efficace et \u00e9viterait une politisation \u00e0 outrance des positions des forces en pr\u00e9sence et nous souhaitons que le Ministre y voit une alternative pour l\u2019avenir \u00bb, conclut Nicolas Buck, Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019UEL.
