A cette occasion, le label ESR a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis officiellement \u00e0 23 entreprises ayant r\u00e9pondu avec succ\u00e8s aux crit\u00e8res de la d\u00e9marche de labellisation de l\u2019INDR.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de son mot de bienvenue, le nouveau Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019INDR et de l\u2019UEL, Nicolas Buck, s\u2019est r\u00e9joui de compter d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e8s de 160 entreprises labellis\u00e9es ESR au Luxembourg. Les entreprises labellis\u00e9es contribuent activement aux objectifs du d\u00e9veloppement durable (SDG) \u00e0 travers leur politique RSE. M. Buck a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les entreprises qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019entreprendre ce processus de responsabilisation. Elle a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les entreprises qui s&rsquo;engagent pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable et qui assument leurs responsabilit\u00e9s au Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises labellis\u00e9es ESR ont bien compris les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la RSE qui offre de r\u00e9els avantages concurrentiels en am\u00e9liorant la r\u00e9putation de l\u2019entreprise ; sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer et retenir des salari\u00e9s ou des clients ; l\u2019engagement, la motivation et la productivit\u00e9 de ses salari\u00e9s ; et les relations avec les fournisseurs, les pouvoirs publics, les concurrents, les m\u00e9dias, les ONG, autrement dit avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans laquelle les entreprises \u00e9voluent.<\/p>\n<p>La RSE est une opportunit\u00e9 pour chaque entreprise d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa gouvernance, de renforcer son engagement soci\u00e9tal et de limiter ses impacts environnementaux. Cet ouvrage en ligne est facile d\u2019utilisation et accessible gratuitement sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.esr.lu\">www.esr.lu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le Guide ESR accompagne les entreprises luxembourgeoises dans leur d\u00e9marche de responsabilit\u00e9 soci\u00e9tale en d\u00e9montrant \u00e0 travers une centaine de th\u00e9matiques <strong>comment la RSE cr\u00e9e de la valeur tant pour l\u2018entreprise en particulier que pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>. Le dirigeant ou le coordinateur RSE apprennent, pas \u00e0 pas, comment d\u00e9velopper une strat\u00e9gie RSE, comment am\u00e9liorer sa gouvernance, comment g\u00e9rer les attentes soci\u00e9tales et limiter les impacts environnementaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le Guide ESR permet \u00e0 chaque entreprise, ind\u00e9pendamment de sa taille ou de son secteur, de comprendre les bienfaits de la RSE, d\u2019\u00e9valuer son niveau actuel de responsabilit\u00e9, de valoriser ses progr\u00e8s et m\u00e9rites, et, lorsqu\u2019elle a atteint un certain degr\u00e9 de maturit\u00e9, de confirmer son comportement responsable en obtenant le label ESR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Label ESR \u00ab Entreprise Responsable \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le label ESR permet aux dirigeants d\u2019entreprise de structurer, de formaliser et de valoriser leurs d\u00e9marches de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale afin de cr\u00e9er de la <strong>valeur partag\u00e9e<\/strong>, pour elles et pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Norman Fisch, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019INDR, a rappel\u00e9 que toutes les entreprises labellis\u00e9es ESR ont atteint les objectifs formul\u00e9s dans le Guide ESR, garantissant ainsi un comportement responsable. Int\u00e9grer compl\u00e8tement la RSE dans la culture d\u2019entreprise et partager ses bonnes pratiques permet \u00e0 ces entreprises d\u2019avoir un impact positif dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Ces ambassadeurs de la RSE forment un r\u00e9seau de comp\u00e9tences et de valeurs partag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les dirigeants d\u2019entreprise sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 affirmer leurs engagements en mati\u00e8re de RSE et \u00e0 vouloir certifier et valoriser leur comportement responsable. Depuis 2010, <strong>plus de 1.000 entreprises ont ainsi pu \u00eatre sensibilis\u00e9es \u00e0 la RSE. <\/strong>Dor\u00e9navant, il y a <strong>156 entreprises labellis\u00e9es<\/strong> <strong>employant au total pr\u00e8s de 50.000 salari\u00e9s <\/strong>au Luxembourg. Le groupe des entreprises labellis\u00e9es ESR se positionne ainsi comme l\u2019un des plus grands r\u00e9seaux d\u2019entreprises responsables en Europe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>23 nouveaux troph\u00e9es ESR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toutes ces entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 labellis\u00e9es suite \u00e0 une <strong>v\u00e9rification en entreprise<\/strong> par un des experts agr\u00e9es de l\u2019INDR.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Paul Olinger, directeur de l\u2019INDR, a remis le <strong>nouveau troph\u00e9e ESR<\/strong> aux repr\u00e9sentants des entreprises. Ce troph\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re \u00e9coresponsable par l\u2019entreprise Ma\u00e2-Oui\u00a0! Issu de for\u00eats locales, le socle en bois a \u00e9t\u00e9 travaill\u00e9 par des personnes en voie d\u2019insertion de la coop\u00e9rative co-labor. Le verre a \u00e9t\u00e9 grav\u00e9 au Luxembourg et l\u2019\u00e9tiquette imprim\u00e9e sur du film transparent biod\u00e9gradable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INDR<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Institut national pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable et la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises (INDR) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2007 sur initiative de l\u2019Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises (UEL). L\u2019institut s\u2019est donn\u00e9 comme mission de <strong>guider les entreprises luxembourgeoises<\/strong> <strong>dans l\u2019adoption de la RSE<\/strong> afin qu\u2019elles contribuent au <strong>d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong> et am\u00e9liorent leur <strong>comp\u00e9titivit<\/strong>\u00e9 et leur <strong>image<\/strong>.
