En effet, l\u2019organisation repr\u00e9sentative des entreprises souhaite apporter \u00e0 l\u2019avenir un soutien accru \u00e0 ses membres et renforcer sa pr\u00e9sence aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des instances gouvernementales, afin de continuer \u00e0 assurer au Luxembourg un cadre attractif. C\u2019est dans ce contexte que se situent ces recrutements.<\/p>\n<p>Flora Castellani, avocate de formation, dispose d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle de plus de 17 ans. Elle a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en France au sein d\u2019un cabinet d\u2019avocats d\u2019affaires avant de rejoindre le Luxembourg en 2005, o\u00f9 elle a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 consolider son expertise en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9 locale et internationale en conseillant les entreprises multinationales et en dirigeant le d\u00e9partement de doctrine fiscale au sein d\u2019un grand cabinet d\u2019audit.<\/p>\n<p>Forte d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience marketing et communication internationale, acquise tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re qui l\u2019a men\u00e9e d\u2019Abu Dhabi \u00e0 Luxembourg, en passant par Londres et Paris, Vania Henry a particip\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s au d\u00e9veloppement de marques pour des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et des services de renom dans un contexte pluriculturel. C\u2019est \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent au service des entreprises luxembourgeoises qu\u2019elle souhaite apporter son concours.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Vania Henry, nous allons poursuivre le d\u00e9veloppement des relations avec les instances gouvernementales et instaurer une communication proactive sur les sujets qui nous pr\u00e9occupent. Nous souhaitons mieux faire comprendre les d\u00e9fis que rencontrent les entreprises et poursuivre un dialogue constructif avec les pouvoirs publics<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, dit Jean-Paul Olinger, directeur de l\u2019UEL.<\/p>\n<p>Et Nicolas Buck, Pr\u00e9sident nouvellement \u00e9lu, d\u2019ajouter\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Je suis ravi que Flora rejoigne l\u2019UEL et vienne y apporter ses comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de fiscalit\u00e9.
