width=\u00a0\u00bb2\/3&Prime; tablet_width_inherit=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb animation_type=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb bg_image_animation=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb border_type=\u00a0\u00bbsimple\u00a0\u00bb column_border_width=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb column_border_style=\u00a0\u00bbsolid\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb text_direction=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb]<strong>Une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l&rsquo;UEL a rencontr\u00e9 ce 12 janvier le nouveau ministre du Travail, Marc Spautz, dans le cadre d\u2019un premier \u00e9change de vues sur les principaux dossiers d\u2019actualit\u00e9 sociale et du travail.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un contexte \u00e9conomique marqu\u00e9 par une incertitude croissante et de nombreux d\u00e9fis, l\u2019UEL et ses membres ont r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un dialogue social constructif, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et fond\u00e9 sur le respect des r\u00f4les et responsabilit\u00e9s de chacun.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 une croissance \u00e9conomique faible, voire inexistante, depuis 2021, \u00e0 la baisse de productivit\u00e9, \u00e0 la baisse de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois, \u00e0 la hausse du ch\u00f4mage (de presque 50% depuis 2022), l\u2019UEL a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le cadre l\u00e9gal pour redynamiser l\u2019\u00e9conomie et le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations d\u2019employeurs ont soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de moderniser le cadre l\u00e9gal pour permettre aux entreprises de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des clients et des salari\u00e9s et de s\u2019adapter aux nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, en particulier au niveau de l\u2019organisation du temps de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur les enjeux li\u00e9s aux directives europ\u00e9ennes, notamment celles relatives aux salaires minimaux ad\u00e9quats et \u00e0 la transparence des salaires. Pour l\u2019UEL, il est indispensable d\u2019adopter une approche pragmatique et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e lors de l\u2019adoption des textes l\u00e9gaux europ\u00e9ens et de leur transposition en droit luxembourgeois en tenant compte non seulement de la protection des salari\u00e9s mais \u00e9galement de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique des entreprises luxembourgeoises. Il convient en outre de simplifier la l\u00e9gislation existante et de r\u00e9duire les charges administratives pour les entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations d\u2019employeurs prennent acte de la volont\u00e9 du ministre du Travail de poursuivre les \u00e9changes, sur ces diff\u00e9rents dossiers en bilat\u00e9ral dans un premier temps.
