Ce nouveau cadre juridique a pour objectif de rendre la carte bleue europ\u00e9enne plus attrayante pour les ressortissants de pays tiers hautement qualifi\u00e9s souhaitant travailler au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg ou dans tout autre \u00c9tat membre de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les objectifs principaux de cette loi sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La simplification des d\u00e9marches administratives pour les ressortissants de pays tiers hautement qualifi\u00e9s souhaitant travailler au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le renforcement de leurs droits pendant le ch\u00f4mage,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de leur int\u00e9gration professionnelle,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La facilitation de leur mobilit\u00e9 au sein de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne, et<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La simplification des d\u00e9marches en cas de regroupement familial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette nouvelle l\u00e9gislation, qui transpose la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32021L1883\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-outlook-id=\"a836dde9-e259-4730-8c4c-6ff8c5cffdc1\">directive (UE) 2021\/1883<\/a> \u00e9tablissant les conditions d\u2019entr\u00e9e et de s\u00e9jour des ressortissants de pays tiers pour un emploi hautement qualifi\u00e9 <span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">et modifie la <a href=\"https:\/\/legilux.public.lu\/eli\/etat\/leg\/loi\/2008\/08\/29\/n1\/jo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">loi du 29 ao\u00fbt 2008<\/a> sur la libre circulation des personnes et l\u2019immigration, <\/span>repr\u00e9sente un progr\u00e8s notable.
