Par cette signature, les partenaires sociaux r\u00e9affirment leur engagement commun \u00e0 renforcer l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des personnes en situation de handicap dans le monde des entreprises.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes en situation de handicap peuvent conna\u00eetre des situations d\u2019\u00e9vitement, de rejet et d\u2019isolement et subir une r\u00e9elle exclusion sociale en raison de leur handicap qui accro\u00eet les risques de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et mat\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<p>Le statut des personnes en situation de capacit\u00e9 de travail r\u00e9duite est tr\u00e8s variable : salari\u00e9 handicap\u00e9, salari\u00e9 reclass\u00e9 etc. voire sans aucun statut particulier. Mais la d\u00e9tresse que peuvent conna\u00eetre ces personnes lorsque le march\u00e9 du travail et les entreprises qu\u2019elles souhaitent int\u00e9grer leur paraissent inaccessibles et ferm\u00e9s est la m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises font d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 des efforts en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;inclusion de personnes en situation de capacit\u00e9 de travail r\u00e9duite, notamment dans le cadre de leur politique de RSE. Alors que les cas de discrimination et d\u2019exclusion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des personnes en situation de handicap restent nombreux, la signature de la Charte a pour objectif de sensibiliser les ressortissants des organisations signataires \u00e0 cette situation et de les inviter \u00e0 poursuivre ou accentuer leurs efforts pour int\u00e9grer ces personnes dans leurs \u00e9quipes. L&#8217;emploi est un vecteur crucial d&rsquo;autonomie et d&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance et donc d&rsquo;inclusion dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div title=\"Page 2\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>La Charte est un appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;action. Dans le cadre de la signature de la charte pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e, les signataires sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de pr\u00e9parer une s\u00e9rie de projets et d\u2019actions concr\u00e8tes pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016: Outre une importante conf\u00e9rence de sensibilisation et d&rsquo;information au printemps 2016 \u00e0 destination des employeurs, des fiches signal\u00e9tiques anonymis\u00e9es sont \u00e9tablies pour faciliter aux personnes handicap\u00e9es la recherche d\u2019un emploi. Ces fiches regroupent un CV classique de la personne handicap\u00e9e ainsi que des pr\u00e9cisions sur les adaptations et am\u00e9nagements n\u00e9cessaires par l\u2019employeur et les mesures d\u2019insertion possibles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>T\u00e9moignages de 2 entreprises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019illustrer la th\u00e9matique de l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances des personnes en situation de handicap sur le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi, deux entreprises labellis\u00e9es ESR \u2013 Entreprise Socialement Responsable se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9es d\u2019accord pour livrer un t\u00e9moignage dans le cadre de leur politique RSE.
