Les r\u00e9sultats identifient des leviers pour relancer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier barom\u00e8tre nous a permis de comprendre les principales difficult\u00e9s auxquelles les cabinets sont confront\u00e9s pour attirer les candidats. Les donn\u00e9es du second barom\u00e8tre permettent de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution des besoins des entreprises, des candidats et de l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 du Luxembourg. En prenant en compte les retours des membres de la fr2s, le second barom\u00e8tre appr\u00e9hende plus en d\u00e9tails certaines dimensions suppl\u00e9mentaires, notamment des r\u00e9gimes fiscaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi 2024 a permis d\u2019extraire\u00a0les cinq enseignements cl\u00e9s suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les entreprises recherchent trop souvent des profils similaires<\/li>\n<li>Le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi est trop ax\u00e9 sur des r\u00f4les dits \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8glementaires\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>Les difficult\u00e9s de recrutement persistent<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019indexation des salaires n\u2019est pas un argument pour recruter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger<\/li>\n<li>Il existe des leviers pour relancer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du Luxembourg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]\u00ab\u00a0Avec ce Barom\u00e8tre, l\u2019intention de l\u2019UEL est d\u2019objectiver la situation du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi et de comprendre\u00a0les leviers, notamment fiscaux, sur lesquels nous pouvons agir pour attirer des talents au Luxembourg\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9clare Michel Reckinger, Pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019UEL.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La fr2s se r\u00e9jouit de la poursuite de ce projet avec l\u2019UEL qui renforce l\u2019ambition commune de promouvoir le march\u00e9 du travail luxembourgeois au-del\u00e0 de la Grande R\u00e9gion. Le barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi est un outil d\u2019analyse et de suivi du march\u00e9 du recrutement ayant pour mission de donner aux employeurs et aux recruteurs les cl\u00e9s pour mieux
