Si le pays figure dans le top 10 du classement international de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 IMD 2023 pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer du personnel hautement qualifi\u00e9, la disponibilit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences constitue un enjeu majeur pour les dirigeants d\u2019entreprises (le Luxembourg est au 55e rang sur 64 \u00e9conomies sur ce point). Au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les r\u00e9sultats du Luxembourg sont en recul (de la 13e \u00e0 la 20e place entre 2022 et 2023), avec une baisse de performance continue depuis 2020.
