L\u2019UEL en profite pour faire le point\u202f: il est essentiel de mettre en place au Luxembourg un environnement propice \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique en flexibilisant l\u2019organisation du travail.<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Apr\u00e8s le weekend du lundi 1<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">er<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> mai et du mardi 9 mai pour les travailleurs qui ont fait le pont, la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des weekends prolong\u00e9s se poursuit avec les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s du jeudi 18 et du lundi 29 mai. En pratique, ces jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient aux salari\u00e9s soit en repos r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9, soit en travaillant moyennant des suppl\u00e9ments de salaire. Ils g\u00e9n\u00e8rent aussi des co\u00fbts et des contraintes suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les entreprises sous diff\u00e9rentes formes\u202f: manque \u00e0 gagner pour le travail non prest\u00e9, suppl\u00e9ments pour le travail prest\u00e9, organisation des \u00e9quipes pour assurer les activit\u00e9s \u00e0 mener suivant que les collaborateurs travaillent ou non, arbitrages entre les salari\u00e9s qui convoitent le m\u00eame jour de repos\u2026<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Outre les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s, les temps de repos et d\u2019absence sont l\u00e9gion au Luxembourg, pour permettre aux salari\u00e9s de s\u2019absenter pour des consid\u00e9rations priv\u00e9es (accueil d\u2019un enfant, probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement, d\u00e9c\u00e8s, mandats\u2026). Au Luxembourg, le temps de travail moyen par salari\u00e9 a clairement baiss\u00e9 sur les cinquante derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es d\u2019apr\u00e8s les chiffres du STATEC pour passer de plus de 1.900 heures par an en 1970 \u00e0 1.530 heures en 2021 (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/statistiques.public.lu\/fr\/publications\/series\/regards\/2022\/29042022.html#:~:text=Le%20temps%20de%20travail%20moyen,1%20530%20heures%20en%202021).\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Regards 3\/22<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> &#8211; Panorama sur le monde du travail luxembourgeois \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 1er mai). Par contre, les d\u00e9fis subsistent, voire s\u2019amplifient. Sur fond de crise, les questions d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 et de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du pays doivent \u00eatre au c\u0153ur des r\u00e9flexions et des actions \u00e0 mener.
