L\u2019intention \u00e9tait d\u2019objectiver la situation du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi sous la perspective des cabinets de recrutement qui pr\u00e9sentent l\u2019avantage d\u2019avoir <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">une vue compl\u00e9mentaire du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi notamment pour le recrutement de profils plus cibl\u00e9s comme les fonctions dirigeantes, qualifi\u00e9es et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:120}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate viennent renforcer les constats de p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre \u00e0 laquelle font face les employeurs du pays, tous secteurs confondus.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> Il ressort aussi du barom\u00e8tre un r\u00e9el besoin d\u2019adapter tant l\u2019organisation du travail que le cadre fiscal pour attirer au Luxembourg les talents n\u00e9cessaires.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559739&quot;:120}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019UEL, en tant qu\u2019<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">association fa\u00eeti\u00e8re des organisations d\u2019employeurs, regroupant les chambres professionnelles et les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations patronales<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, \u0153uvre activement pour l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des talents au Luxembourg afin de garantir la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 future du pays. <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00ab<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">L&rsquo;UEL agit pour le d\u00e9veloppement de talents durables, en travaillant \u00e9troitement avec toutes les parties prenantes engag\u00e9es<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
