Il suffit de consulter le nombre de places vacantes d\u00e9clar\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ADEM qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 13.600<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> postes fin <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">juin<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (cf. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adem.public.lu\/content\/dam\/adem\/fr\/publications\/adem\/2022\/chiffres-cles-2022-06\/chiffres-cles-2022-06.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">chiffres-cl\u00e9s<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> publi\u00e9s par l\u2019ADEM pour <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">juin<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> 2022). En outre, il convient d\u2019y ajouter les postes vacants non d\u00e9clar\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ADEM malgr\u00e9 l\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale \u00e0 charge des entreprises de faire cette d\u00e9claration. En d\u2019autres termes, les entreprises de tous les secteurs recherchent des collaborateurs comp\u00e9tents, mais elles n\u2019en trouvent pas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pourtant, le ch\u00f4mage s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve encore \u00e0 <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">4,7%<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, soit <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">plus de 13.600<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> demandeurs d\u2019emploi. D\u00e8s lors, comment expliquer le fait que les entreprises cherchent d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment des collaborateurs, alors que des milliers de demandeurs d\u2019emploi ne trouvent pas de travail\u202f? La raison porte un nom\u202f: le \u00ab\u202f<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">skills gap<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f\u00bb, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les comp\u00e9tences des demandeurs d\u2019emploi et celles recherch\u00e9es par les entreprises.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019ADEM s\u2019est fix\u00e9 comme mission prioritaire de pallier au <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">skills gap<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Cela n\u00e9cessite notamment d\u2019analyser les besoins actuels et futurs en comp\u00e9tences des entreprises, et de former les demandeurs d\u2019emploi \u2013 comp\u00e9tences techniques et <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">soft skills<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> \u2013 pour leur permettre de saisir les opportunit\u00e9s professionnelles (cf. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/adem.public.lu\/fr\/actualites\/adem\/2022\/06\/pk2022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">communiqu\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> publi\u00e9 sur le site de l\u2019ADEM du 20-06-2022).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Rem\u00e9dier au <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">skills gap <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">est fondamental dans l\u2019approche \u00ab\u202ftalents durables\u202f\u00bb promue par l\u2019UEL et ses membres pour dynamiser l\u2019activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique au Luxembourg.
