Dans un contexte de p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, de sortie \u00e0 l\u2019arrach\u00e9e de la crise sanitaire, d\u2019instabilit\u00e9 politique et \u00e9conomique sur le plan international qui complique la reprise pourtant d\u00e9j\u00e0 difficile, une r\u00e9duction de travail, \u00e9voqu\u00e9e dans la presse par le Ministre du Travail, de l\u2019Emploi et de l\u2019Economie sociale et solidaire en f\u00e9vrier et mars 2022, serait un coup de massue suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les entreprises si elle ne s\u2019accompagne pas d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de salaire.<\/p>\n<p>Par contre, donner davantage de libert\u00e9 dans l\u2019organisation du temps de travail actuellement cadenass\u00e9e par le Code du travail serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. A titre d\u2019exemple, la semaine de 4 jours \u00e0 raison de 10 heures par jour mise en place sous conditions en Belgique peut \u00eatre appr\u00e9ciable tant pour l\u2019entreprise que pour le collaborateur. L\u2019essentiel, c\u2019est que les d\u00e9cisions soient prises au niveau de l\u2019entreprise, suivant les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du poste consid\u00e9r\u00e9 et des possibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019entreprise. Les entreprises ont int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 garder les salari\u00e9s comp\u00e9tents et \u00e0 pouvoir trouver des solutions qui leur conviennent. La l\u00e9gislation ne devrait pas entraver de telles solutions.
