The law of 13 May 2008<\/a> <\/span>introducing a single employee status led to the creation of a single pension insurance fund for the private sector. In addition to the general pension insurance scheme, special pension schemes exist for civil servants of the State and municipalities as well as for agents of the Luxembourg National Railway Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The management of the pension insurance is the responsibility of the National Pension Insurance Fund which is placed under the responsibility of a steering committee composed as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
