The CCSS takes a key step with the launch of its employer services on MyGuichet.lu<\/strong><\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]With the official launch of its online services in the business eSpace on <\/strong>MyGuichet.lu<\/strong><\/a>, the Social Security Centre (Centre commun de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale – CCSS) is ushering the relationship with employers and their representatives into a new digital era.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]The launch of online services in the business eSpace on MyGuichet.lu marks a key milestone for the CCSS in its digitalisation and administrative simplification strategy and, more broadly, for the entire social security system. The success of this large-scale project also relies on close collaboration with the CTIE, particularly regarding design and user experience.<\/p>\n

Services tailored to the type of employer<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Employers who still use paper forms<\/strong> can now access a centralised and simplified online management system, including declarations (entry\/exit, wages and work incapacity), consultation of their data (affiliations, wages, etc.), generation of certificates, as well as receiving documents via eDelivery (monthly account statements).<\/p>\n

Employers and their representatives<\/strong> (e.g., fiduciary companies) who use the SECUline<\/strong><\/a> platform maintain their usual declaration method while gaining access to additional services such as data consultation, certificate generation, and receipt of documents digitally (eDelivery).<\/p>\n

Temporary employment agencies, self-employed persons (independent professionals, artisans, and merchants), and agricultural operations will have access to these services at a later stage.<\/p>\n
