Le vieillissement d\u00e9mographique et la baisse de la disponibilit\u00e9 de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sont une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et ces tendances s\u2019accentueront au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es. Au Luxembourg, parmi les 55-64 ans, moins d\u2019une personne sur deux travaille, contre presque 70% en moyenne dans les pays de l\u2019OCDE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partant du constat que cette situation n\u2019est pas durable et qu\u2019elle constitue une \u00e9norme perte pour le monde actif, l\u2019UEL a collabor\u00e9 avec les associations de professionnels du recrutement et des ressources humaines au Luxembourg, la <a href=\"https:\/\/fr2s.lu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fr2s<\/a> (Federation for Recruitment Search &amp; Selection), <a href=\"https:\/\/hrcommunity.lu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HR Community<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/fes.lu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FES<\/a> (FEDIL Employment Services) pour r\u00e9aliser une enqu\u00eate, aupr\u00e8s de leurs membres, sur le recrutement des seniors au Grand-Duch\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de ce Barom\u00e8tre de l\u2019emploi, dont les principaux sont mentionn\u00e9s dans ce communiqu\u00e9, mettent en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019enjeu strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019emploi des seniors tout en montrant les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du terrain, les id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues et le besoin d\u2019actions de l\u2019ensemble des acteurs\u00a0: les entreprises, les salari\u00e9s et les pouvoirs publics. column_border_width=&#8221;none&#8221; column_border_style=&#8221;solid&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]<span style=\"color: #d41126;\"><strong>Passer au-del\u00e0 des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Le Barom\u00e8tre nous enseigne le besoin de d\u00e9passer certaines perceptions erron\u00e9es freinant l\u2019embauche des seniors et d\u2019\u00e9largir le spectre de leurs opportunit\u00e9s de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Il ressort par exemple de cette enqu\u00eate que les seniors sont principalement envisag\u00e9s pour des r\u00f4les d\u2019encadrement souvent associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des niveaux de salaires trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s alors qu\u2019ils aspirent parfois \u00e0 occuper un poste op\u00e9rationnel sans n&#8217;avoir n\u00e9cessairement ni l\u2019envie ni la vocation \u00e0 diriger une \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>Les seniors sont aussi souvent lucides sur leur valeur sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 un instant donn\u00e9 et peuvent se montrer plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9s dans leurs attentes salariales, notamment parce qu\u2019ils sont dans une nouvelle \u00e9tape de leur vie, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9curis\u00e9 certains aspects personnels ou souhaitent se concentrer davantage sur le contenu et la signification d\u2019un poste que sur sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, les entreprises et les recruteurs doivent int\u00e9grer cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, d\u00e9passer les r\u00e9flexes d\u2019autocensure et oser envisager une plus grande diversit\u00e9 de postes pour les seniors.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d41126;\"><strong>Informer et agir sur les dispositifs incitatifs<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Le Barom\u00e8tre nous enseigne qu\u2019un expert du recrutement sur trois ignore l\u2019existence de dispositifs favorisant l\u2019embauche ou le maintien en emploi des seniors. En outre, un quart d\u2019entre eux estime que ces dispositifs sont actuellement insuffisants.<\/p>\n<p>Le renforcement des incitations financi\u00e8res est le levier prioritaire identifi\u00e9 par les professionnels du recrutement, bien que l\u2019\u00e9volution des mentalit\u00e9s et la sensibilisation accrue des individus et des employeurs soient aussi pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d41126;\"><strong>Mieux communiquer sur les seniors et les valoriser<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>Le Barom\u00e8tre dresse un constat sans appel\u00a0: 80% des experts du recrutement estiment que les seniors ne sont pas assez valoris\u00e9s. Les seniors ont pourtant tout autant d\u2019atouts \u00e0 faire valoir et une proposition de valeur \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer.
