Insbesondere schl\u00e4gt sie den zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rden Gesetzes\u00e4nderungen vor, um den Bedingungen eines sozialen und dynamischen Arbeitsmarktes gerecht zu werden und Stellung zu nehmen zu den \u00c4nderungen die die Sozialpartner in den Bereichen der Arbeitsbedingungen im weitesten Sinne vorsehen (Arbeitsvertr\u00e4ge, Arbeitsorganisation, Lohn, Schutz von Gesundheit und Sicherheit der Arbeitnehmer, Personalvertretung, usw.).<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=&#8220;no-extra-padding&#8220;
