September, CSR-Fachleute zu einer Abendveranstaltung in der Handelskammer eingeladen. Angesichts der zunehmenden regulatorischen Anforderungen haben die mit dem INDR-Label ausgezeichneten Unternehmen, die Mitglieder von ProRSE und die Vertreter des CSR-\u00d6kosystems in Luxemburg die Gelegenheit gehabt, mehr \u00fcber die neuesten Entwicklungen des INDR und die Perspektiven der europ\u00e4ischen Akteure in diesem Bereich zu erfahren.<\/p>\n

In Anwesenheit des Wirtschaftsministers Franz Fayot<\/strong> nahmen fast 200 CSR-Fachleute in Luxemburg an der Jubil\u00e4umsfeier anl\u00e4sslich des 15-j\u00e4hrigen Jubil\u00e4ums der sozialen Verantwortung von Unternehmen und des INDR am 21. September 2023 in der Handelskammer teil. Dieses Treffen mit Vertretern von mit dem ESR-Label ausgezeichneten Unternehmen und weiteren Partnern zeugt von der Bereitschaft des INDR, Unternehmen jeder Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Branche in einem sich schnell ver\u00e4ndernden regulatorischen Umfeld wertvolle und kontinuierliche Unterst\u00fctzung zu bieten. Dies wird sich in der bevorstehenden Aktualisierung seines Unterst\u00fctzungsangebots<\/strong> niederschlagen, das das INDR w\u00e4hrend der Veranstaltung vorstellte. Die Plattform www.esr.lu<\/a>, das digitale Tool zur Sensibilisieren und Auszeichnung mit dem Label-ESR des INDR, wurde verbessert und wird es den Unternehmen erm\u00f6glichen, ihre Wesentlichkeitsanalyse<\/strong> bei der Selbstbewertung ihrer CSR-Ma\u00dfnahmen durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird das INDR in K\u00fcrze das Thema Biodiversit\u00e4t<\/strong> in sein Tool aufnehmen, um Unternehmen die M\u00f6glichkeit zu geben, die Auswirkungen auf die Biodiversit\u00e4t und die nat\u00fcrlichen \u00d6kosysteme zu bewerten und sie bei der Entwicklung von „Natur-positiven“ Projekten zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n

Schlie\u00dflich lag der Schwerpunkt auf Responsibility Europe<\/a>, dem vom INDR, Afnor und Ecoparc gegr\u00fcndeten europ\u00e4ischen Label<\/strong>, das automatisch an Unternehmen mit ESR-Label vergeben wird. Dieses Siegel verleiht den Unternehmen europaweite Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit und die Gewissheit, dass ihre CSR-Implementierung ausgereift ist.<\/p>\n

Der Abend wurde mit dem Panel „Perspektiven der CSR bis 2030 und dar\u00fcber hinaus“<\/strong> fortgesetzt, in dessen Verlauf Anne-Marie Loesch, Head of Sustainability, House of Sustainability, Francesca Messini, Sustainability Leader Deloitte Luxembourg, B\u00e9atrice Belorgey, CEO BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg, Alain Jounot, CSR-Verantwortlicher der AFNOR-Gruppe<\/strong>, und Roland Bastian, Vizepr\u00e4sident von ArcelorMittal Luxembourg<\/strong>, ihre Vision und einen konkreten Blick aus den in ihren Organisationen eingef\u00fchrten Aktionspl\u00e4nen einbrachten.<\/p>\n

In Luxemburg haben derzeit 300 Unternehmen mit mehr als 65.000 Besch\u00e4ftigten das Label erhalten<\/strong>. Angesichts der Entwicklung in diesem Bereich ist das INDR als nationaler Referenzakteur zuversichtlich, die Zahl der mit dem Siegel ausgezeichneten Unternehmen bis 2030<\/strong> zu verdoppeln<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Verleihung der Preise f\u00fcr nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Fortschritt 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

Im Rahmen der Abendveranstaltung wurde der mit 10.000 Euro dotierte Preis der Fondation Alphonse Weicker<\/strong> von Yves Nosbusch<\/strong>, Head of Communications, Sustainability & Strategy und Chief Economist bei BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg, an Schroeder & Associ\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00fcberreicht, die f\u00fcr ihre sehr umfassende und ehrgeizige CSR-Strategie, die alle ihre Stakeholder einbezieht, ausgezeichnet wurde. Der mit 2.500 Euro dotierte Preis von BGL BNP Paribas<\/strong> wurde von B\u00e9atrice Belorgey<\/strong>, CEO BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg, an Dussmann<\/strong> f\u00fcr sein Projekt zur Umwandlung von Lebensmittelabf\u00e4llen in Ressourcen \u00fcberreicht. Dies ist das dritte Jahr, in dem die Fondation Alphonse Weicker und BGL BNP Paribas in Zusammenarbeit mit dem INDR und der UEL (Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises) die Preise f\u00fcr nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Fortschritt verleihen. Mit diesen Auszeichnungen werden Unternehmen geehrt, die auf beispielhafte und innovative Weise CSR-Initiativen und\/oder eine CSR-Strategie entwickelt haben.<\/p>\n

Das vor 15 Jahren gegr\u00fcndete Institut National pour le D\u00e9veloppement durable et la Responsabilit\u00e9 sociale des entreprises (INDR) wurde von den Mitgliedern der Union des Entreprises Luxembourgeoises (UEL), dem Dachverband der Arbeitgeber, mit dem Ziel gegr\u00fcndet, die soziale Verantwortung der Unternehmen (CSR) zu f\u00f6rdern. Das INDR ist somit die Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr alle luxemburgischen Unternehmen, die einen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung leisten m\u00f6chten.
