Vor dem Hintergrund des Arbeitskr\u00e4ftemangels, der nur mit Ach und Krach \u00fcberstandenen Gesundheitskrise und der politischen und wirtschaftlichen Instabilit\u00e4t auf internationaler Ebene, die den ohnehin schon schwierigen Aufschwung erschwert, w\u00e4re eine Arbeitszeitverk\u00fcrzung, die der Minister f\u00fcr Arbeit, Besch\u00e4ftigung sowie Sozial- und Solidarwirtschaft im Februar und M\u00e4rz 2022 in der Presse erw\u00e4hnt hat, ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Schlag f\u00fcr die Unternehmen, wenn sie nicht mit einer Lohnk\u00fcrzung einhergeht.<\/p>\n<p>Mehr Freiheit bei der Organisation der Arbeitszeit, die derzeit durch das Arbeitsgesetzbuch abgesteckt wird, w\u00e4re hingegen von Vorteil. Die in Belgien unter bestimmten Bedingungen eingef\u00fchrte Viertagewoche mit 10 Stunden pro Tag kann beispielsweise sowohl f\u00fcr das Unternehmen als auch f\u00fcr den einzelnen Mitarbeiter von Vorteil sein. Entscheidend ist, dass die Entscheidungen auf Unternehmensebene getroffen werden, je nach den Gegebenheiten der jeweiligen Stelle und den M\u00f6glichkeiten des Unternehmens. Die Unternehmen haben ein Interesse daran, kompetente Mitarbeiter zu halten und L\u00f6sungen finden zu k\u00f6nnen, die ihnen entgegenkommen. Die Gesetzgebung sollte solche L\u00f6sungen nicht behindern.
